*Next to this schedule there is an hourly bus that goes between Altagracia and Moyogalpa. You will have to change the bus at El Quino. Ask your bus driver to drop you off there and take the next bus.
The bus schedule is for weekdays, on Sunday there are almost no busses going. So avoid travelling by bus on Sundays.

Also the bus is not always reliable on Ometepe, so it’s never sure if a bus will really come. It is the easiest to also ask a local close by for confirmation.
A bus ticket usually costs around 40 cordoba if you go between Moyogalpa and the Maderas side of the island. Just sit in the bus and later on someone will go around to collect the money.
